Nancy joined Penquis in April 2008 and serves as the Compliance and Quality Assurance Coordinator. She supports agency-wide regulatory compliance, quality assurance, internal auditing, and accurate reporting while administering key electronic health record and enterprise risk management systems. Nancy works collaboratively across programs to strengthen processes, safeguard confidentiality, and help ensure high-quality services. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Phoenix University.
