NRMC staff are available for limited expert witness assignments. Our expert witness work is limited to working with nonprofit defense teams. Our availability is subject to our review of the facts in a particular case and scheduling.
Our fees for expert witness services are $350 per hour for file review and consultation, and $500 per hour for deposition and trial testimony.
