She has extensive experience operating whistleblower hotlines, making credibility assessments, and investigating complaints. Jessica helps organizations develop policies that protect and empower whistleblowers, mitigate organizational risks, and resolve issues before they escalate into costly lawsuits or government investigations.

Jessica holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Mississippi.
