Franco Cordeiro

Franco Cordeiro is with Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies (MACP) having joined in March of 2025 as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management. In his role, Franco leads MACP’s efforts to enhanced risk management strategies that support MACP in achieving its mission, including fostering a culture where an understanding of risk concepts and organization values guide staff in risk-aware decision making. Franco has more than 20 years of risk management and business resilience experience at organizations that improve human wellbeing. Prior to MACP, Franco was Senior Director, Enterprise Risk, Resilience and Crisis Response at Medtronic and prior to that, Franco held Senior Director roles at KPMG Consulting and Macquarie Bank where he focused on strategic change, enterprise risk management, and business and technology resilience.
