Experienced Nonprofit Executive,
Doug Horner is an experienced nonprofit executive, who has spent the last two decades at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. In his Vice President role, he led the contracts, grants, and compliance functions worldwide, owned the liability insurance portfolio, and managed various risks. Before his work fighting AIDS, Doug had a long public service career in Washington, D.C., working at the Office of Management and Budget, Government Accountability Office, and the U.S. Department of Justice. He’s a lifelong learner who has earned a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard Kennedy School, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke, and a certification in Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
