Darcy Dalsky has been with Church Mutual for 15 years and currently serves as Underwriting Manager of the Nonprofit and Human Services team. She has extensive experience in the Nonprofit space with most of her insurance career dedicated to this sector.
She holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside and has earned several professional designations through The Institutes, including CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), AU-M (Associate in Commercial Underwriting – Management), AU (Associate in Commercial Underwriting), ARe (Associate in Reinsurance), AIS (Associate in Insurance Services), and AINS (Associate in Insurance).
Outside of work, she actively serves on various volunteer boards within her local community, which strengthens her commitment to leadership, collaboration, and supporting the greater good.
