Beth Benyishay

Beth in a passionate Operations expert dedicated to helping global non-profits work more effectively and inclusively to achieve their missions. For the last decade she has been working in the Climate space, helping organizations navigate an increasingly complicated global landscape in a way that reflects their values. Beth holds an MA from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service and has a background in international development. Prior to moving into Operations, she served in Program Management and Chief of Staff roles. She especially enjoys engaging in discussions around how hybrid and remote work impacts organizations, how organizations can avoid burnout, and the role that Operations teams can play in creating inclusive, diverse, equitable, and just workplaces.
