Operations Director, Center for Coalfield Justice

Alli serves as Operations Director at the Center for Coalfield Justice. She is an operations leader with a career spanning military aviation, emergency medical aviation operations, and nonprofit administration. Alli is passionate about supporting on-the-ground teams to drive impact by designing systems for and with them. She believes in transparency, accountability, and putting people first. Alli champions corporate social responsibility and ethical governance by advocating for information and data management practices that empower stakeholders and advance equity. For her, operational excellence is about grounding work in integrity and purpose, leveraging the power of information to drive results that make a real difference in people’s lives. Alli earned a Master’s in Library and Information Science from PennWest Clarion and a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global College.
