Alanna (she/her) provides accessible, practical, and values-aligned legal advice to help nonprofit organizations manage legal risk without compromising their missions. She is Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at the National Network of Abortion Funds, a national membership organization for abortion funds in the United States. She is also the founder of Echo Nonprofit Law, where she provides low-bono, fractional general counsel support to mission-driven organizations. Before moving in-house, she was a partner at Pacifica Law Group, where she advised nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations on governance, compliance, and other day-to-day legal issues. Alanna is based in Seattle, Washington.
