Daily Monitoring
Supervisors and managers are:
- responsible for daily monitoring of workplace safety practices
- accountable for mentoring, advising and counseling staff members who are
not performing up to written policies and expectations
- authorized to recommend a staff member for remedial training in a skill or
on a machine or in attitude, as required.
