Follow-Up Training

The summary “results” indicate which groups need additional training or supervision, and which accident or injury areas need to be reassessed. The training design should include the issues pertaining to the accidents or injuries.

If the survey shows one person or a small percentage of the department staff is experiencing the accidents and injuries, those people should be given special hands-on training. The other people in the department could be given a shorter, general refresher-course.
