Research & Feasibility Studies
In conducting feasibility studies, the Center tests hypotheses regarding the direction a nonprofit should go.
Examples of our past work include:
- the pros and cons of starting a captive insurance company,
- providing group insurance for association members,
- merging two nonprofits,
- adding new programs and services, and
- relocating the organization headquarters to another state.
The Center works closely with the nonprofit client to refine the query and then provides analysis and a report to assist the decision-making process. The Center’s objectivity, knowledge of the nonprofit sector and extensive experience with such studies ensures that the nonprofit will receive a thorough and objective report upon which to base its judgments.
